Egal ob es den Bürgern recht ist oder nicht .... egal, ob es ihre Rechte einschränkt oder nicht - ein "Übergeordnetes Staatsinteresse" läßt sich immer finden ....
Vordergründig geht es um eine simple Heizungssteuerung - durch deren Tele-Verbindung zum Versorgungsunternehmen wird die Angelegenheit allerdings häßlich:

“The implications of this language are far-reaching and Orwellian,” he said. “For the government and utility company to say, ‘We’re going to control the devices in your house, and you have no choice in that matter,’ that’s where the line is drawn. That sentence must be removed. .. ”

die Rechnung wäre .... das widersinnige Konstrukt soll aber davon ablenken, daß nicht genügend "saubere" Kapazität vorgehalten "Land of the Free ...!"

dieser Definition von "frei" bin ich 'Sklave' - als Rentner erst recht .... vielleicht sollte ich doch in eine Höhle im Süden ziehen und nur einen Solarkocher mitnehmen.Nein, halt, ich brauche mindestens ein Panel das soviel Strom erzeugt, daß ich einen Computer anschließen kann ....
